Leadership Cultivation

The global Church is full of leaders who know how to perform but are running on empty. Skills-based programs and performance metrics produce output — but not formation. NXT Move catalyzes something countercultural: safe relational spaces for reflection and peer accountability, rooted in soul care, spiritual formation, resilience, and legacy thinking. This is especially critical for leaders under high pressure or moral exhaustion — and it is the foundation on which every other NXT Move initiative is built.

Leadership Cultivation operates through four pathways tailored to each leader's stage: peer coaching within a cohort process; 1:1 coaching with a trusted leader; a peer learning community and leadership school; and grassroots-focused tables built around specific topics. These pathways are woven across all 11 regional communities — ensuring that the leader in Central Asia navigating persecution and the leader in North America navigating cultural pressure both have access to formation, not just information.

NXT Move champions leaders by believing that a spiritually grounded, relationally healthy leader will outlast, outpace, and outmultiply a high-performing but hollow one every time. The vision: a global community of leaders who are resilient, spiritually grounded, and committed to lasting impact — producing sustainable legacy and spiritual integrity that transcends traditional success metrics. This is what makes the movement sustainable for generations.
