What God is doing here
God is doing a new thing in the younger generations - Gen Z and Gen Alpha - across Europe. The continent is not post-Christian. It is pre-revival. Europe has rejected God on the outside, but a bold remnant is rising. Young people are spiritually open, hungry for authenticity, and ready to encounter the real Jesus. NXT Move Europe exists to unite and catalyse the leaders and organisations already working to reach them - turning fragmented effort into collaborative movement. Six years ago, a teenager named Gloria walked into Dan and Marina Randall Young Evangelists Academy. Today she leads the very programme she came through - raising up hundreds of young evangelists every year. That is not addition. That is multiplication. And that is exactly what this community was built to champion.

NXT Move Europe builds, sustains, and empowers communities of leaders of leaders - uniting them around prophetic vision, a common goal, and shared language. A core community of 25+ national leaders from 15+ different nations gathers four times a year online and meets in person at catalytic gatherings. A regional leaders community of 20+ European leaders of next generation ministries has launched and will gather again in October 2026.
The Europe Next Gen Ministry Review - launched at www.nxtmove.global/europereview - is a continent-wide listening exercise across 100+ key leaders, capturing what God is doing in the next generation and setting ten key actions for the church across Europe. Leaders have been challenged, encouraged, and empowered by it - some have even run it as a template in their own nations.
NXT Move Europe sets tables for synergy and removes duplication by creating space for collaborative multiplication. Three collaborative tables are already running: Gospel Advancing (with Dare2Share, The Message, and Word of Life), Next Gen Bible Engagement (with Biblica), and Raising Young Business and Entrepreneur Kingdom Leaders (with CREO). New tables in Digital Influencers, Leadership Cultivation, and Faith In Action are being launched and explored.
Key networks include leading the EEA Youth and Young Adults Network - resourcing national youth leaders across Europe - and supporting the European Youth Ministry Network (EYMN), serving 400+ national and regional youth leaders with mission and evangelism resources. NXT Move also facilitated NOW Conversations across Czech, Estonia, Norway, and Bulgaria, bringing leaders together to look at reality, dream, and collaborate.
NXT Move Europe invests in and encourages leaders into their God-given calling - empowering them to model a new culture of servant leadership with and for the younger generations. The Amplify Young Evangelists Academy - a partnership of 8 core organisations - saw 150 young people participate in the 2025/26 academic year, with participants sharing the Gospel with over 10,318 people and training 1,502 others to do the same.
Twenty or more evangelistic leaders and digital influencers have been mentored and coached. 1,504 Gospel Advancing Youth Leaders have been recruited and resourced across 30 countries in partnership with Dare2Share. And young Christian content creators are being invested in and mentored through the Digital Influencers Retreat, in partnership with The Way.
