What God is doing here
God is doing a new thing in the younger generations—Gen Z and Gen Alpha—across Europe. The continent is not post-Christian; it is pre-Christian! Europe may have rejected God on the outside, but a bold remnant is rising from within. Younger people are spiritually open, hungry for authenticity, and ready to encounter the real Jesus. NXT Move Europe exists to unite and catalyse the leaders and organisations already working to reach them—turning fragmented efforts into collaborative movement. From local youth leader communities in the UK to building communities across Europe for isolated leaders. From birthing the Amplify Young Evangelists Academy in a room of a few friends wrestling together with how best to raise up young, gospel-advancing leaders, to setting tables across Europe where leaders collaborate and co-create to eliminate duplication. And then, cultivating a new kind of leadership culture, where disempowered leaders are encouraged, equipped, and invested in so they can go the distance. That is multiplication. And that is exactly what this community was built to champion.

Listening, sensing, and dreaming together with key grassroots leaders and their teams across the continent - because the answers for each nation can be found in other nations. This review captures the fruit, the challenges, and what God is birthing in the next generation across Europe. A resource for leaders at every level.
Shaped by 100+ key leaders, it sets ten key actions for the church across Europe. Leaders have been challenged, encouraged, and empowered by it - some have even run it as a template in their own nations.

NXT Move Europe cultivates unity and cohesion among leaders across Europe, working together toward a bold shared vision of building and sustaining transformational communities of leaders. A core community of 25+ national leaders from 15+ nations gathers four times a year online and meets in person at catalytic gatherings. A community of 20+ pan-European Regional Leaders of next generation ministries has launched and will gather again in January 2027.
Our newest community comes through a strategic partnership with ALL Community - a disciple-making initiative of Greater Europe Mission - where NXT Move Europe facilitates the ALL Community Table, bringing a next generation focus to everyday discipleship across Europe.
Key networks include leading the EEA Youth and Young Adults Network - resourcing national youth leaders across Europe - and supporting the European Youth Ministry Network (EYMN), serving 400+ national and regional youth leaders with mission and evangelism resources.
Catalytic gatherings called NOW Conversations have brought leaders together in Czech Republic, Estonia, Norway, Bulgaria, Portugal, Finland, Italy, and Bosnia - to look at reality, dream, and collaborate.
NXT Move Europe sets tables for regional and national leaders and pioneers who are reimagining how the Church engages the younger generations - to work together in synergy and remove duplication. Multiple collaborative tables are already running: Gospel Advancing (with Dare2Share, The Message, and Word of Life), Next Gen Bible Engagement (with Biblica), Digital Influencers (with Christian Vision), Disciple Making (with GEM and ALL Community), and Leadership Cultivation. New tables in Generosity, Business, Prayer, and Faith In Action are being launched and explored.
A key partnership with Dare2Share helps facilitate the Day of Global Youth Evangelism in Europe and resources youth leaders with key youth evangelism tools.
The Amplify Young Evangelists Academy - a partnership of 7 core organisations - saw 150 young people take part in the 2025/26 academic year. In 2026, participants shared the Gospel with 8,550 people and trained 1,115 others to do the same.
NXT Move Europe invests in and encourages leaders into their God-given calling - empowering them to model and cultivate a new culture of servant leadership with the younger generations.
30+ evangelistic leaders and digital influencers have been mentored and coached. Over 2,000 Gospel Advancing Youth Leaders have been recruited and resourced across 30 countries in partnership with Dare2Share. And young Christian content creators are being invested in and mentored through the Digital Influencers Retreat, in partnership with The Way.
Through resourcing, communications, and the multiplication of staff, communities, and collaboration, this investment keeps growing beyond any one team.
