Jurie Kriel
Jurie leads the NXT Move global community from Austin, Texas, where together with his wife Karin they are part of the leadership at Shoreline Church. He also serves as the Global Director of Collaboration with the Lausanne Movement.
In Texas, he has served as a teaching pastor at Hill Country Bible Church and planted a church in the urban core of Austin. In South Africa, they co-founded the Timothy Ministry Training Seminary. Married to Karin, two boys Joshua and Ethan.

Boshoff Grobler
Boshoff is an entrepreneur with over twenty years of corporate experience building businesses within Africa's largest primary listed financial services group. As a spiritual entrepreneur he has been part of many teams planting churches and establishing ministries globally.
He holds BCom (Law) and LLB degrees from the University of Pretoria, an LLM from the University of Johannesburg, and an Executive Master in Change (EMC) from INSEAD Business School. Married to Blyde, three children.

Joseph Kucera
Experienced intellectual property strategist and seasoned licensing professional with over a decade of patent licensing experience, both inbound and outbound, engaging top tier technology companies around the globe.

Craig Parks
Craig is Founder and Principal of Parks Communication, an Austin-based communication and production company. One of his greatest passions is working with nonprofits, ministries, and social causes producing content, stories, and videos to help organizations drive their mission.
He chairs the Board of Directors at Mission Possible (+ Church Under the Bridge) and is active in the 5twelve Church plant in downtown Austin.

Josh Balmer
Josh graduated from Gordon College in 2003 with a B.A. in Communication Arts. He serves as President of Retail and Finance for Penn Valley Gas. His mission is to accelerate Gospel impact through business and invest in younger generations through global initiatives like NXT Move.

Paul Krueger
Paul had a 20-year career with IBM as a Systems Engineer, then has served with the Navigators full-time for the last 20 years — including an assignment to the CoMission in St. Petersburg, Russia.
Paul's heartbeat is 'to make disciples' and magnify the Lord daily. His church involvement includes Mission Director, Teacher, and Elder.

Cheryl Meredith, PhD
Cheryl is the President of Maray Mercher, Inc. She consults and trains in leadership, coaching, and emotional intelligence. She also serves as Chief Ideation Officer for a non-profit organization in Colorado and as an Adjunct Professor at Trinity Western University. She completed her PhD in Business, Organization and Management with a focus on Emotional Intelligence in Executive Leaders, and holds a Masters in Counseling.
She has extensive executive leadership experience with over 35 years of leading nationally and internationally in the non-profit sector, and has completed certifications as both a Global and Senior HR professional and as an Executive Coach through Corporate Coach U International. She created The Coaching Pathway for Pairin.com as an introduction to coaching, and speaks, teaches, and facilitates across North America and internationally, passionate about helping people optimize their abilities and capacity to make the greatest contribution possible in their spheres of influence.
Cheryl is married to Paul, a widower with 4 adult children (3 married) and 12 grandchildren — loving on the grandkids is her new favorite thing. They live in Colorado and pursue their shared passions: cycling, scuba diving, skiing, literature, travel, friends, and film.

Rev. Dr. John Snelgrove
Rev. Dr. John Snelgrove hails from the UK and came to Hong Kong in 1987. After a 33-year career in insurance he retired in 2003 to become founding pastor of the Vine Church, a multinational multigenerational church in Hong Kong.
From 2016–2023 he served in Kong Fok Church as lead pastor for their English Ministry. John and his wife Sandra share a deep passion for the unity of the church and have both been instrumental in building bridges between churches and across language barriers. They are also keenly involved with different churches and ministries across the globe, with particular reference to raising future generations.
Affectionately known as the father and mother of the city, John and Sandra love to share God's Father's Heart, especially with the emerging generation. John serves on a number of charitable boards and completed a DMin at Bethel Bible Seminary in 2018, researching the relationship with millennial Chinese and both local and international churches. John and Sandra have two sons and five grandchildren, all living in Hong Kong.
