What God is doing here
Hansel's story began in Puerto Rico renovating neglected housing and building community one block at a time. That local vision has grown into a regional mandate — a network of leaders across the Caribbean and beyond who are learning to resource each other rather than compete. Energy that once went toward survival is being redirected toward reaching a generation.

Latin America carries one of the world's largest youth populations — and a faith landscape in transition, with Catholic identification declining and Evangelical communities growing. NXT Move catalyzes Hansel's vision of a transformed Latin America led by its own people. His story began in Puerto Rico renovating neglected housing and building community — a local vision now grown into a regional mandate across the Caribbean and beyond.
NXT Move connects and convenes next-generation-focused organizations — facilitating strategic conversations and roundtables that move the region from fragmentation toward synergy. A Regional Asset Map identifies opportunities for collaboration across organizations. When leaders here discover how to resource each other, energy previously spent on survival gets redirected toward reaching more young people with the gospel.
NXT Move champions Latin America's leaders with dignified, relational support that honors the leader's humanity — not just their productivity. Hansel and his fiancée, who he met through the NXT Move community, are moving to the Dominican Republic to model a holistic Next Gen strategy for the Caribbean islands.
