Next Gen Global Collab

The Next Gen Global Collab began in 2012 when Colin Piper (Converge) started gathering Leaders of Global Youth Movements to birth the concept. By January 2024, 27 members from 20 organizations officially constituted the Collab, and NXT Move was appointed Backbone Organization. Annual all-member gatherings followed: Cairo 2024, Dominican Republic 2025, Oklahoma City 2026. The Collab's Common Goal is electrifyingly specific: everyone in the next generation having an opportunity to follow Jesus by 2033. A 2027 'Everyone Next Gen' event is being planned.

The Collab's mutual activities include Annual Research, Collaboration Labs, and collective strategy built on the Stanford Social Innovation Review's Five Conditions of Collective Impact. Members include: OneHope, Lausanne, East West, Dare2Share, GKPN, ICETE, GLN, Word of Life, Children's Forum, Scripture Union, Life.Church, Finishing the Task, Empower 21, Alpha Youth, Christian Vision, YFCI, Sports Movement, WEA, CRU, Convoy of Hope, Steiger, Palau, BCM International, and more. Leadership Team chaired by Jurie Kriel (NXT Move).

NXT Move champions the Collab's member organizations by building backbone infrastructure — systems, relationships, and shared research that makes every network better and more effective. The Collab's values: Global Influence for Grassroots Impact, Working With/From/For the Next Generation, Holistic Kingdom Transformation, Unity in Diversity, Courageous Humility, and Amplifying the Local Church. The greatest success is what others accomplish through the collaboration NXT Move makes possible.
