Women's Leadership Initiative

Women are among the most effective leaders shaping the next generation across every region NXT Move serves. They carry the relational infrastructure that makes regional communities function, lead community transformation in Africa and Latin America, and work faithfully in some of the world's most restricted and high-pressure ministry contexts — often without a platform, a voice, or a partner who champions them. Too often, the weight they carry goes unseen and unacknowledged. This initiative catalyzes what is already present — creating environments, resources, and platforms where women leaders can step fully into the impact they are already making.

The Global Women's Leadership Convening brings women influencers from all regions together for peer learning, vision alignment, and collective strategy. The Regional Activation Fund equips each regional community to identify, invest in, and platform women leaders within their own cultural context. Mentorship and Sponsorship Pathways connect emerging women leaders to senior mentors, and Voice & Visibility investments amplify women's contributions through NXTPub, podcasting, and global platforms.

Marina Randall's story captures what this initiative scales: as a woman in ministry who didn't always feel heard or valued, she found in NXT Move a community that gave her space to lead and empowered her to do what God called her to do.
