What God is doing here
Ruslan Zagidulin is already in the field — operating in Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan where public evangelism is restricted by law. Young City Innovators Hubs are launching in Almaty, Bishkek, and Tashkent, equipping young leaders to multiply toward one of the most audacious goals in the NXT Move network: 2% of Central Asia's young generation following Christ within a decade — roughly 800,000 individuals.

Kyrgyzstan. Kazakhstan. Uzbekistan. The Church operates in restricted environments where public evangelism is limited by law — and yet our champion is already in the field. NXT Move works closely with an indigenous movement (name not mentioned due to security concerns) who carries one of the most audacious goals in the NXT Move network: 2% of Central Asia's young generation following Christ within a decade, implying 8 million gospel presentations. Young City Innovators Hubs in Almaty, Bishkek, and Tashkent equip young leaders to multiply toward that specific, measurable, prayerful goal.
NXT Move recognizes this indigenous movement as a strategic expression of its regional vision — connecting this community to global relationships and resources no regional movement could access alone. A Digital Ministry Hub creates a network of digital youth ministers for mutual support across difficult cross-border contexts. NXT Move connects resources with this community, empowering young evangelists who face opposition because of their faith.
NXT Move champions this vision by refusing to let the local team carry it in isolation — building the relational community and accountability infrastructure that keeps leaders growing and multiplying long after any single gathering. They go further, faster, and are never alone.
