The foundational map-drawing work is underway — identifying and connecting key leaders across one of the world's most complex ministry landscapes. In a region where pressure to perform is immense, NXT Move is creating something rare: space for formation over function. Leaders are beginning to find each other, and the relational infrastructure that will carry a movement is being quietly, intentionally built.

East Asia is home to 1.7 billion people with 350–400 million under age 30 — and Christians representing only 6–8% of that vast population. NXT Move catalyzes the foundational work: identifying and connecting key leaders, establishing relational infrastructure, and beginning the map-drawing process across an enormously diverse cultural landscape.
NXT Move builds authentic relationships between leaders in ministry, business, and para-church sectors — all aimed at the next generation. Healthy mentoring relationships between young and experienced leaders are the connective tissue. Every gathering is an investment in the trust that makes deeper collaboration possible.
NXT Move champions East Asian leaders by giving them access to a global community that believes in them and sees what God is doing through them. In a region where pressure to perform is immense, NXT Move brings something rare: space for formation, not just function.
