What God is doing here

The DFW Model City initiative is the most advanced expression of the Catalytic Communities model anywhere in the NXT Move network. Regional Innovation Hubs are forming cohorts of young leaders developing fresh expressions of next-gen ministry. A research partnership with Dallas Theological Seminary is underway — building a longitudinal study of Christian practices and faith maturity that will inform the whole network for years to come.

"NXT Move champions North American leaders by connecting them to the global community — expanding their vision beyond their own city and denomination. That is the multiplier effect of being championed into a global community."

One city is already living the model — and the whole world is watching.

What's working in Dallas–Fort Worth doesn't stay there. It's the working prototype the rest of the network is watching — proof that Catalytic Communities scale from one city to every region on the map.

How NXT Move serves North America
Catalyze

North America faces a defining generational challenge: fewer than 40% of Millennials and Gen Z identify as Christian — and many are disengaging from the Church entirely. NXT Move's DFW Model City initiative is the most advanced expression of the Catalytic Communities model anywhere in the network, building deep collaboration across churches, ministries, and Christian business leaders. Regional Innovation Hubs are forming cohorts of young leaders to develop fresh expressions of next-gen ministry.

Collaborate

NXT Move convenes and connects younger ministry leaders through roundtable conversations that foster collaboration, mutual learning, and shared vision. A research partnership with Dallas Theological Seminary is developing a longitudinal study of Christian practices and faith maturity. Partnerships with Dare2Share, Life.Church, East West Ministries, and NNYM are building a nationwide collaborative ecosystem.

Champion

NXT Move champions North American leaders by connecting them to the global community — expanding their vision beyond their own city and denomination. As a result, US resources are equipping young European evangelists. That is the multiplier effect of being championed into a global community.
