What God is doing here
Across Southeast Asia, God is drawing together a growing community of young leaders, ministries, and organizations with a shared desire to see the next generation flourish. As relationships deepen, we are intentionally discovering where God is already at work, creating spaces where people can connect and collaborate, and encouraging initiatives that emerge from these partnerships. Rather than building isolated programs, we seek to strengthen the wider Kingdom by serving alongside existing movements, fostering meaningful collaboration, and empowering youth-centered projects that bring lasting transformation across the region.

Southeast Asia has over 340 million youth — a staggering opportunity for next-gen discipleship. We are drawing the map across this vast region, identifying key leaders, creating invitational spaces where they belong, and accelerating youth-focused initiatives across digital, missional, and justice spaces. The Philippines serves as the scalable model: what is proven through roundtables in Pangasinan, Bohol, Iloilo, and Davao and effective in certain places can be replicated across the wider region.
A Soul Care Hub is launching as a safe space for leaders to process, discern, and receive care. Strategic Regional Mapping builds a database of key leaders and locations to strengthen connectivity and a community of support across nations. Alvan and Herman's role is to build a bridge between Southeast Asia nations, ensuring next-gen professionals can integrate faith and work across the breadth of Southeast Asia and feel supported by a community while doing so.
Herman describes NXT Move as a community of servants — people who wash feet. With NXT Move, leaders feel heard and seen. Jireh, a young student leader who connected with the NXT Move Community, is now leading Youth Alive ministry and impacting hundreds of lives. NXT Move champions young leaders like Jireh, helping them feel supported and connected so they can reach their full potential as impactful leaders.
