What God is doing here
Our Southeast Asia team is drawing the map — identifying key leaders, hosting roundtables in Pangasinan, Bohol, Iloilo, and Davao, and proving a model that can be replicated across the wider region. A Soul Care Hub is launching as a safe space for leaders to process, discern, and receive care. What's being built in the Philippines today is the scalable template for Southeast Asia's next chapter.

Southeast Asia has over 340 million youth — a staggering opportunity for next-gen discipleship. Herman Dionson is drawing the map across this vast region — identifying key leaders, creating invitational spaces where they belong, and accelerating youth-focused initiatives across digital, missional, and justice spaces. The Philippines serves as the scalable model: what is proven through roundtables in Pangasinan, Bohol, Iloilo, and Davao can be replicated across the wider region.
A Soul Care Hub is launching as a safe space for leaders to process, discern, and receive care. Strategic Regional Mapping builds a database of key leaders and locations to strengthen connectivity and a community of support across nations. Alvin and Herman's role is to build a bridge between Southeast Asia nations, ensuring next-gen professionals can integrate faith and work across the breadth of Southeast Asia and feel supported by a community while doing so.
Herman describes NXT Move as a community of servants — people who wash feet. With NXT Move, leaders feel heard and seen. Jaira, a young student who connected with the NXT Move Community, is now leading Youth Alive and impacting hundreds of lives. NXT Move champions young leaders like Jaira, helping them feel supported and connected so they can reach their full potential as impactful leaders.
