A new digital home for the NXT Move community
Today we’re soft-launching a new version of nxtmove.global.
The old site served us well — but it could not keep up with the speed of what God is doing across our regions. Updating a single regional page meant editing a fragile shared template. Adding a new partner meant emailing a developer. Posting a story from the field required logging into a tool no one on the regional team had access to.
This new site changes that.
What’s different
Each region is a single file. Updating Africa doesn’t touch Brazil. The leader in Central Asia can update their stats, their quote, and their “what’s next” without anyone else’s content moving.
Each partner is a single file. When a new partnership joins the Next Gen Global Collab, we add one markdown file. The site rebuilds automatically.
Each post is a single file. Stories from the field, announcements, and reflections — every one of them is just markdown.
Why this matters
Because the work is the point. The website is just the window. Our job is to keep that window so clean and so easy to maintain that no one ever has to choose between doing the work and telling the story.
We can’t wait to see what you put through this window in the months ahead.
