Elevating Leaders · Multiplying Impact

The next generation is reached by leaders who are not leading alone.

NXT Move is a global community of transformational relationships, accelerating Jesus-following in the next generation. Our conviction is simple: the most effective way to reach the next generation is to strengthen the leaders already reaching them. So we find those leaders, often young and unseen, and we connect them, empower them and stand behind them.

What changes

From isolation to impact.

01
Isolation › Relationship

Soul care, mentors, and regional and global peer communities, so that no leader carries the work alone.

02
Duplication › Multiplication

Leaders and ministries empowered to build together across denominations and borders, instead of side by side.

03
Disempowerment › Impact

Curated resources and a real platform for overlooked voices, including women and leaders in the hardest places.

One mission

From Dallas–Fort Worth to the ends of the earth.

At home

Dallas–Fort Worth, a model city

Fewer than 40% of Millennials and Gen Z identify as Christian. DFW is a key place where NXT Move's global blueprint is becoming a working reality, one of the most mature expressions of our model in the network.

  • Catalytic Communities. Cohorts of pastors, marketplace leaders and next-gen ministers growing and building together.
  • Collective research with Dallas Theological Seminary, listening to the next generation over time.
  • The DFW Next-Gen Leaders Forum, gathering the city's leaders around one table.

Among the nations

The same model, in the hardest places

The same conviction, carried by local leaders in their own nations. What they learn under pressure comes back to strengthen the church here.

  • The 10/40 Window. Frontline leaders across North Africa, the Middle East, Central and South Asia, where following Jesus costs the most.
  • Soul Care and Women's Leadership. Leaders cannot give what they do not have, and the most effective are often the least resourced.
  • Next Gen Global Collab. 30+ organizations linked across all 11 regions.
Stories from the field →
Three questions we ask everywhere, from Dallas to Central Asia: Does the next generation follow Jesus? Do they participate in His mission? Does their world look different because of Him?
