South Pacific
Igniting a movement of student-led prayer and storytelling that unites, equips, and transforms communities for God's glory — raising young leaders who lead with faith, authenticity, and purpose.
What God is doing here
Throughout Australia, the Student Prayer Movement is igniting campuses. The Gospel Advancing Movement pilot is mobilizing young evangelists. Redeem Art is entering schools and transforming how the next generation tells the story of God. What makes the South Pacific distinctive isn't rapid expansion — it's deep, long-term brotherhood. Leaders here understand that the Kingdom is worth living and dying for, and they're raising a generation that believes the same.

Amit Khaira and Stephen Scrimgeour envision a Region where holistic hope activates young people as proactive agents of positive change. They do this by nurturing their spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical well-being. Expanding its impact across local and regional communities, the initiative collaborates with schools, churches, and cross-denominational networks to pioneer youth missional pathways and lead regional prayer initiatives. Beyond grassroots mobilization, this community drives creative outreach through citywide art trails like the REDEEM Art Pilot to support youth mental health and reconciliation. It is also expanding its resource library with digital well-being pastoral guides and faith-informed Mental Health First Aid programs, continuously building resilient structures to cultivate lasting hope and purpose in young lives.
NXT Move facilitates the transformative conversations that empower South Pacific leaders to embrace their role in God's story. Stephen Scrimgeour, Amit Khaira and the community around them bring distinctive strengths to pioneering student-led, prayer-driven community transformation.
Amit's dream is that resources would flow where they are needed — that everyone would understand the Kingdom is worth living and dying for. NXT Move champions this vision by connecting the South Pacific team to a global community where there are no logos and no egos, only the name of Jesus lifted up.
